Home visits are limited due to the scheduling of surgery based appointments. Where possible it is beneficial for patients to attend the surgery but in exceptional circumstances home visits can be arranged on discussion with your GP.
A short "script only" appointment is required for the renewal of regular medications. If you are unable to attend an appointment you can put in a request for a prescription to be written. 24 hours notice is required to complete request. A $10.00 fee is charged at the time of collection.
Our Practice has a system in place for the follow up and review of clinically significant test results.
